No.  Most of our clients give us a key or a garage code. Our employees are carefully screened and trained.

We bring our own supplies unless you have products you would prefer us to use. For ultimate sanitation, we prefer to use your vacuum to avoid cross contamination between homes.

Give us 24 business hours notice of your change in plans and we will promptly reschedule or cancel your service.

We are happy to help and provide personalized services–we can do what you want.  Just call the day before to make your special requests and we will quote you a price for the additional time.  Ovens, fridge, laundry?  Yes!

No, it’s not expected, but it is greatly appreciated for work well done.

We love them, and we’ll treat them like our own.  Your special instructions are noted on our Work Orders so the Cleaning Tech will know your wishes with regard to your pets.

No!  You can cancel any time you wish.

Our Cleaning Techs are employees. Each employee is thoroughly screened and trained by an experienced Training Manager.

At the time of service.  You can leave a check on the counter or we can charge your credit card the day of cleaning.

Our work is 100% guaranteed.  If you are not satisfied we will return within 24 hours and re-clean any unsatisfactory areas. 

You get to pick your day and time.  We clean Monday through Friday (and Saturdays on special occasions) between 8:00 and 5:00 p.m.  You can pick an arrival time of either:  8:00 to 8:30 a.m. or  11:00 to 1:00 p.m.  

Yes!  Your safety and protection is top priority. 

To enjoy the best results, you’ll prepare by tidying up your home, clearing the floors and counters so that we are able to clean your surfaces to perfection.
